Founded in 1990, bhpa manages over 19,000 homes across the Home Counties, East England and beyond. The housing association delivers around 500 new properties every year, with a target of 3,000 new affordable homes over the next five years.
All profit made through Bushmead Homes is reinvested into new Bushmead Homes and bhpa developments, enabling us to build new homes, and deliver new and improved services. This includes working alongside communities to improve opportunities, boost independence and enhance quality of life. Developing sustainable and affordable housing is also a key mission for the partnership; driven by a dedication to create a cleaner, greener and brighter future for us all.
